For new graduates looking for a career in energy marketing, the journey starts with the position of Fuel Supply & Logistics Coordinator from our Dallas, TX headquarters. From there, new associates learn the TAC way of:
- Understanding supply strategy
- Optimizing logistics for bringing more value to customers
- Transportation strategy
- Mastering our E3 system of supply management and billing
- Support for the national sales team
- Problem solving in a rapid, yet accurate manner

Based upon performance as a member of the Supply & Logistics team, associates are next considered for advancement to Account Manager. With a proven record as an Account Manager, a career goal would be to achieve an outside sales position. In this role, career growth and compensation are directly linked to an individual’s performance using the tools and resources made available to them by TAC.
In addition to the personal characteristics that are a prerequisite of every TAC associate, the ideal candidate possesses:
- Minimum 30 college credit hours, preferred 4 year degree in marketing, business, accounting, logistics, mathematics or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- A positive, constructive attitude at all times with a willingness to learn
